Return & Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, we’re always happy to offer personalized recommendations to swap things out. We do accept returns on gently used products within 30 days of purchase.

- Please email nourishingsoulskincare@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Products that are more than half empty are not eligible for return or refund.
- You may return unopened or gently used products within 30 days of purchase.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for promotional gifts, sample boxes, or items marked as non-returnable.
2. Refund & Shipping

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from total refund.
