Oils nourish the body. That is what I learned once I embarked on a healing journey utilizing the ancient practices of Ayurveda and food healing. I fell deeply in love with using oils for nourishing the body internally, externally and therapeutically after I partook in a traditional Ayurvedic detoxification therapy called a Panchakarma.

I dove head first into a long journey of deep healing and immense education of the body and the alternative medical practices of Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Western Herbalism. I learned how the innately intelligent human body functions and became a licensed holistic nutrition coach as I wanted to be in charge of my own healing, forever and always.

Oils are the beginning of renewal. We see them highlighted as significant healing modalities in every holistic medicinal system. They provide a cocoon of healing through calming the nervous system, providing the warmth, promoting circulation, and the bio available nutrition the body needs inside and out to restore and regenerate.

I started creating skin care using the treasures of the earth because of the endless restorative modalities that they provide to the skin when loving intention and educated choices are behind the combinations. Essential oils and extract ARE skin care actives and carrier oils allow us to arrange the meeting of these potent plant based elixirs to our skin. These botanicals reveal their abundant super powers when we use them modestly and gently never forgetting our skin is an organ, our largest organ to be exact!

Much of oil based skincare today is filled with oxidized oils, serums with petroleum derivatives sold in plastic containers and these serums contain extremely high levels of linoleic fatty acids content causing this skin "care" to actually damage the skin over time leading to accelerated aging and even cellular damage brought on by oil instability. I wanted to bring a plant sourced skincare company without the risk of cellular damage and thoughtfully crafting each product to protect and nurture the skin.

Every body oil, serum, facial mist, & balm I have created has been thoughtfully crafted to heal, soothe, and bring nutrition to all skin types! I am absolutely in love with my creations and am so excited to share them ♡

The word "Panchakarma" comes from two Sanskrit words: "Pancha" meaning "five" and "Karma" meaning "actions" or "procedures." It involves five therapeutic treatments intended to remove toxins (ama) from the body and balance the doshas which are kapha, vata, and pitta.
