Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are carefully crafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally be extended during high-demand periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Nourishing Soul Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
